Delivery is dependent on where you are situated, volumes you have bought and product mixed required. Every solution is uniquely designed to ensure we can optimise the supply chain and deliver on customer requirement. In general if within major metropolitans we deliver if more than 10 pallets from one Farm. If full loads on one temperature regime we deliver.
If less than 10 pallets and in different temperature regimes pick-up is from our DC in Lanseria.
If you are looking for something we do not stock please let us know the quantity and frequency of this requirement and we will source you the best solution.
There are different levels of Accreditation. We focus on production, Ethical and Packhouse and Environmental.
We use GlobalGap as the minimum standard that farmers have to achieve to be on our books. This is a Global Standard for Good Agricultural Practices.
For Packhouses minimum is a GlobalGap but a higher level Food Safety Audit would be preferential eg BRC.
On the Ethical audit side we use SIZA. For Environmental side there are also different options and although we do not have a minimum requirement we encourage farmers to focus on this as this will ensure long-term sustainability.
We follow market trends to discover price and use the specific requirements regarding quality, availability, supply chain to determine the correct price.
The transaction is 100% transparent. The customer receives the product as per requirement from a cost effective, food safe and sustainable supply chain. The product gets handled in the most appropriate way to ensure shelf life.
